Spinach Artichoke Dip {{ Crock Pot Recipe }}

This is my go to dish for parties. It is also my number one requested recipe from friends and family. I posted years ago, but want to share it again since I have started blogging again.


Ingredients:
2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese, diced
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cans of artichoke hearts, drained and diced
2 blocks of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Spray bowl of crock pot with cooking spray. Throw all of the ingredients into the bowl of your crock pot and stir. Cook on high, stirring somewhat frequently, until all ingredients are melted together. This will take a little over an hour.

Once the ingredients are melted you can turn the crock pot to warm and it will keep for several hours. You will want to stir occasionally so the cheese doesn’t begin to stick to the sides and burn.


*NOTE* It help to use a crock pot liner on this dish. It is a huge pain to clean the crock pot after this dip. I spray the liner with cooking spray.
