Crock Pot Baked Potato Soup

 Guess who started cooking again?

What you need
8 ounces of cream cheese (full fat kind!)
half of a diced yellow onion
30 ounces of frozen hash browns
3 (14 ounce) cans of chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 teaspoon pepper (I used more)

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of your slow cooker. Cook on low 7 hours or until the potatoes are cooked through.

This was A-MAZ-ING. I made some bacon to use as a garnish along with shredded cheddar cheese. Next time I may use frozen American fries instead, but who knows.
