Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

Step 1) Remove seeds from the pumpkin.

Step 2) Rinse well!
Step 3) Pat dry or let air dry overnight.
Step 4) Spray the cook sheet with cooking spray. Coat liberally with your choice of spice. I used cayenne pepper, chili powder, kosher salt, paprika, and ancho chili spice. I also drizzled with a tiny bit of olive oil.
Step 5) Bake at 300 for 45-55 minutes or until seeds become crunchy.

Enjoy!
XO!

  1. I wonder if you could do sweet seasonings, too?

  2. I don't see why not! Next year I will try to keep that in mind and give it a go after pumpkin carving!
