Ranch Chicken Wings

What you need:
2 pounds chicken wings, thawed
3 (1 oz each) packets of dry ranch dressing mix
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
Pepper
Oil for frying

Step 1) Sprinkle the wings with one ranch packet. Let stand in fridge for 4 hours.
Step 2) Mix one packet of ranch with the flour and one with the egg.


Step 3) Dredge chicken in flour then egg and then the flour again. Fry til crispy.

I really liked how these wings turned out, but next time I think I'm trying this recipe with chicken tenders instead!

  1. mmm... yes, i think this would be perfect w/ tenders! of course, i'm not fond of wings, too many bones get in the way of my food. lol
