Lemon Chicken #1

What you need:
Chicken breasts, thawed
4 sliced lemons
1 egg, beaten
Olive oil for frying

Heat oil in large pan over medium high heat. Dredge chicken through egg wash (beaten egg mixed with a teaspoon of water), then through the breadcrumbs. Add chicken to pan and cook through. Squeeze lemons over cooking chicken and add the squeezed slices to the hot oil as well.

  2. Not bitter at all, but I like a lot of lemon flavor. You may want to use only 2 lemons.
