What you need:
4 cubed steaks
seasoning salt (to taste)
2-3 tablespoons red wine
2 cups Bisquick
1/4 lb butter or margarine (melted)
1/3 cup cooking oil
Step 1) The night before, put the steaks in a dish in a single layer. Rub with corn oil and drizzle with the red wine. Sprinkle with the seasoning salt. Seal the dish in doubled foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate it for about 24 hours prior to preparing the final dish.
Step 2) Coat the steaks generously in the Bisquick.
Step 3) Combine butter and cooking oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until butter is melted. Brown both sides of each steak until crispy.
Step 4) Transfer right back to the same baking dish and seal in foil. Bake at 375 about 30 minutes. Serve with gravy.
