Belgian Waffles

What you need:
1 packet yeast
3 cups warm milk
2 sticks melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoons salt
4 cups flour

Dissolve 1 packet yeast in warm milk. Whisk in melted butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, salt and flour. Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Stir. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, then fold into the batter. Cook in a waffle iron until crisp.
