My Dad used to make mush from scratch. It would take 3 plus hours for it to harden enough to slice it and at least 1 hour to fry it and bout 5 minutes to eat it. I was always grabbing it before it even hit the plate. So nice to have it precooked. I bet if you just called it mush no one would have any idea what it was.Looks yummy.
