Sometimes This Just Hits the Spot....

Breakfast for dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pancakes, bacon, homemade fried potatoes, and fried polenta (aka mush). All sooooo good!

  2. My Dad used to make mush from scratch. It would take 3 plus hours for it to harden enough to slice it and at least 1 hour to fry it and bout 5 minutes to eat it. I was always grabbing it before it even hit the plate. So nice to have it precooked. I bet if you just called it mush no one would have any idea what it was.Looks yummy.
