Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

What you need
6 medium, very ripe bananas
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups vegtable oil
1 cup sour cream
4 large eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons backing soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels

Step 1) Preheat oven to 350. Grease two 6x9 inch loaf pans. Mash bananas together with vanilla extract.

Step 2) In a different bowl combine brown sugar, oil, sour cream and eggs. In a separate medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Gradually add the sugar mixture to the flour mixture.

Step 3) Stir in banana mixture then fold in chocolate chips.
Step 4) Pour into pans and bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes then finish cooling on wire racks.
