I had a wrap at a restaurant one time and liked it so much that I tried to duplicate it. Turned out pretty close!
What you need:
6 thawed chicken strips
1/2 of a red bell pepper
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
5 strips of cooked bacon (crumbled)
1 cup of mixed shredded cheese
Step 1) Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Once melted place the chicken strips in the skillet. Top the chicken with garlic powder, paprika and a tiny bit of cayenne. Cook til no longer pink, turning once. Cool and then shred the chicken.
Step 2) Chop the red pepper. Place in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Add the cheese, bacon and pecans and cook on medium til the cheese melts.
Step 3) Head two tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Spread ranch on the tortillas then topped with the cooked ingredients.
This is a super easy, fast meal that I like to make on a busy week night. Give it a try sometime!!!
